Returns & Exchanges:

At Bow + Arrow we take great pride in the products that we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase these can be returned up to 14 days after purchase for a full refund or exchange. Any shipping cost associated with the purchase is not refundable. Products must be in original state and unused (in original boxes, when possible and with any paperwork, tags, parts and accessories). Please note that refunds or exchanges can only be made once we have received your package and verified that it is in its original state and unused. Return shipping is to be covered at the expense of the customer.

Leather Bag Information:

Any damage that is caused to a bag after a cream/oil has been applied by yourself, we cannot be held liable and offer a refund or exchange to the bag that has had such a treatment.

Please be aware that the natural dyes in the leather may transfer across to lighter clothing and vice-versa - we cannot accept responsibility when this may occur.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, and neglect of the product or as a result of an unauthorised repair.

We offer a 3 month guarantee from the date of purchase on every product. We care about your experience with us. Also remember that leather will wear from use over a period of time and distress is common for leather products. We will inspect the product upon return and if it's a manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair or replace it. If not, we will send it back to you as is. Return shipping is to be covered at the expense of the customer.
